    preprocessing : Grind and dissolve herb medicine to extract it and refine it using cartridge to prepare a sample.
    instrumental anaylsis : Using pesticide standardized peak value and preprocessing to compare the sample's peak value and do qualitative and quantitative analysis.

  • preprocessing: After grinding herb medicine, use Nitric acid and Hydrogen peroxide etc for acid processing to dissolve and prepare a sample.
    instrumental anaylsis : test liquid, standard liquid, blank is measured using atomic absorption method of the The General test method of the Korean Pharmacopoeia.

    Use the absorbance of standard liquid as a calibration curve, and use blank to compensate it, and measure the absorbance of test liquid prepared by preprocessing.
    The measured value is compared with the KFDA acceptable standard notification to judge the suitability of the medication.
